  • We strive to provide an exceptional experience and ensure your yacht charter is seamless and memorable. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding payments, cancellations, and refunds:

    • Booking Confirmation & Payment:

      • A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your yacht charter reservation. This deposit secures the yacht and ensures your booking.
      • Full payment must be received at the boat on the charter date. Failure to settle the remaining balance may result in the cancellation of the booking, and any deposits paid will be forfeited.

    • Non-Refundable Deposits:

      • All deposits paid are non-refundable. This applies to cancellations initiated by the guest for any reason, including changes in plans or personal circumstances.

    • Cancellation by Guest:

      • If you cancel your booking, the deposit will be forfeited. Additionally, any remaining balance paid may be refunded at our discretion based on the proximity to the charter date.
      • We recommend considering travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances that may affect your charter plans.

    • Cancellation by Us (The Charter Company):

      • In the unlikely event that we must cancel the charter due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., mechanical failure, inclement weather, or other force majeure events), we will provide a full refund of all payments made, including the deposit.
      • We reserve the right to cancel the charter at any time prior to the departure. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative date for your charter or a full refund.

    • Force Majeure:

      • In the event of natural disasters, government restrictions, or other situations beyond our control that prevent the yacht charter from taking place, a full refund will be issued.

    • Refund Process:

      • Any refunds owed due to our cancellation or force majeure events will be processed within [5] business days of the cancellation notice.
