**Non-Refundable Policy** *Wet & Wild Watersports – Venture Cyprus* Thank you for choosing Wet & Wild Watersports in Protaras for your speed boat hire. To provide clarity and ensure smooth operations, we maintain a strict **non-refundable policy** for all bookings. 1. **Booking Confirmation** - Once a booking is confirmed and payment is received, it is deemed final. Payments are non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations, no-shows, or late arrivals by the customer. 2. **Rescheduling** - Customers may request to reschedule their booking with a minimum of **48 hours' notice** prior to the original hire time, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the booking will not be accepted. 3. **Customer Cancellations** - No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations made by the customer, regardless of the reason. This includes personal emergencies, scheduling conflicts, or change of plans. 4. **Company Cancellations** - If Wet & Wild Watersports cancels the booking due to unforeseen circumstances, such as severe weather conditions or mechanical issues, customers will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full credit for future use. Refunds are allowed in this instance. 5. **Late Arrivals and No-Shows** - Customers who arrive late or fail to show up for their booking will forfeit their payment. No refunds or rescheduling will be permitted in these cases. You will have to book another slot. 6. **Damage or Misuse** - Customers are financially responsible for any damages caused to the speed boat or its equipment due to negligence or misuse. Payments made for damages are also non-refundable. By completing your booking, you acknowledge and agree to this non-refundable policy.
