Cancellation Policy

**Non-Refundable Within 24 Hours Policy for Eman Bus Tours** Please note that bookings for the EMAN Travel & Tours Bus Excursions in Cyprus are non-refundable within 24 hours of the scheduled departure time. Cancellations or modifications made less than 24 hours before the tour will not be eligible for a refund. We recommend that you confirm your plans in advance to avoid any inconvenience. Thank you for your understanding. « Passengers should consuit their travel voucher for their exact pick-up point and pick-up time and are requested to be ready there 5 minutes earlier. ’ « Passengers that fail to give a cancellation notice at least 24 hours before their pick-up time and passengers that do not show up on the day of the excursion, for any reason including sickness forfeit all monies paid. Full refund can be given only if passengers give a cancellation notice more than 24 hours before their pick-up time. « Prices include transportation from your hotel (or from a prescribed pick-up point), service of CTO (Cyprus Tourism Organization) approved guides and entrance fees for the sites mentioned in this brochure (unless the site is marked as optional extra). Lunch is not included in the prices. « Front seat scan be reserved only for pregnant women and people with walking disabilities « infants up to 24 months old travel free. Children from 2-12 years old get a 50% discount. « EMAN Travel & Tours will not be held liable for any injuries or delays caused through acts of omission on behalf of anyone engaged in providing transportation, meals or other services relative to the excursions featured in this brochure « EMAN Travel &Tours will not be held liable for loss or damage of passengers’ personal belongings (e.g. coats, cameras, shopping bags, handbags, etc.) « EMAN Travel &Tours reserves the right to alter the program without prior notice. The time spent at each stop, pick-up times and return times are approximate estimates and could change without prior notice.
